Let’s face it: most of us have a love/hate relationship with food, but it really doesn’t have to be this way. If we can view food in it’s most basic and elementary reason that we eat: food is meant to provide nourishment. Food can provide the nutrients for our bodies and brains to function at their best, if we choose to make those choices. It’s in your control: food is your friend, not an enemy. Exploring your relationship with food may just be the magic bullet.
