The United States Registry of Exercise Professionals (USREPS) was launched in February,2014. USREPS is an internationally recognized registry of exercise professionals in the United States who hold NCCA-accredited exercise certifications from member organizations of the Coalition for the Registration of  Exercise Professionals (CREP).

The registry maintains a database of exercise professionals who hold NCCA-accredited exercise certifications from the following organizations: American Council on Exercise (ACE), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM),National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA), The Cooper Institute, and Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). This list comprises the current member organizations of CREP. Nonmember organizations that offer NCCA-accredited exercise certifications can be found at http://www.credentialingexcellence.org.

The registry is a resource for consumers and medical professionals alike. The registry can be used to verify the certifications of an exercise professional and/or to locate exercise professionals within a geographical location. All exercise professionals listed in the registry have passed  a competency-based program using an exercise certification exam accredited by the NCCA.
